My name is Dale Trotman, and I am the CEO and Founder of MedRegis, a Caribbean health technology startup based in Barbados. I started my journey with MedRegis by realizing that the paper-based nature of Caribbean healthcare is problematic. Thus, digitalization was necessary to improve the shortcomings in care continuity and patient outcomes. Moreover, my deep passion for entrepreneurship extends beyond my journey and encompasses the journey of other entrepreneurs globally. Hence, my association with two leading global entrepreneurial/business organizations, OneValley in Silicon Valley and Learn with Leaders, supported by Harvard, MIT, Yale, and the UN, to name a few. On the fun side, I am a Barcelona fan and enjoy traveling, culture, the arts, and history.
