Mihaela Apostol is a double-qualified lawyer (Solicitor of England and Wales and Romanian attorney). She has over eight years of experience in international dispute resolution and currently acts as a moderator on ArbTech (a discussion forum dedicated to arbitration and technology).
Mihaela has two LL.M. degrees one from Sorbonne University on International and European Business Law and one from Stockholm University on International Commercial Arbitration. Mihaela wrote various papers on legal tech-related topics: enforcement of online arbitration awards, cybersecurity, as well as, digital evidence in international arbitration. Mihaela recently passed the World Intellectual Property Organization’s exam on Software licensing and Open Source, and she currently takes part in a Harvard course on Computer Science for lawyers.
