Pearce is a political strategist, consultant and chief executive with over 18 years experience operating within high-level political, advisory and diplomatic spaces in the Americas. He has developed a keen insight on issues related to government policy and has worked with the UN, the Commonwealth Secretariat, Foreign & Commonwealth Office.

In addition to the BBC, where he supported two documentaries, worked with UK House of Lords to discuss Brexit and attended international forum like the Commonwealth Heads of Government, G20 and Summit of the Americas.

Pearce established an international foundation focused on youth diplomacy, business and democracy. Collaborating with public and private sector partners, spearheaded the design of a multi-million global HQ and raised over £60,000 to establish development programs in Europe, MENA, APAC and the Caribbean. Additionally, he contributed to the Trinidad and Tobago government’s Post-Covid Roadmap Committee.

Pearce has a degree in politics and international affairs and has proficiency in global governance, economics and management. He is interested in how Tech and Innovation Hubs can revolutionize civic participation, social enterprise and engagement. His work for the Post-Covid Committee was most recently cited by Former Minister of Finance Winston Dookeran in his latest book The Caribbean on the Edge: The Political Stress of Stability, Equality, and Diplomacy.
